Terms

Publiseek is an early-access founder relationship service. These terms apply to the website and invite-request process.

Invite requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, or access. Publiseek works with a limited number of companies and may accept, decline, pause, or end participation based on fit and operating capacity.

No guaranteed outcome

Publiseek may look for relevant media, podcast, investor, partner, or founder opportunities. Coverage, investment, replies, introductions, timing, and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your information

You are responsible for having the right to share the information you submit and for keeping it accurate. Do not send passwords, card or bank information, health information, confidential customer data, or anything you are not authorized to share.

Introductions and control

Publiseek will not knowingly make an introduction on your behalf without checking with you first. You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate and for every statement or agreement you make with another person.

Site use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, scrape private information, impersonate someone else, or use the service unlawfully.

Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change as early access develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@superscout.co.
